1 small diced tomato
1 green pepper, diced
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 to 8 slices of bacon
0.5 kg of ground beef of first quality
salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns, toasted, buttered, and cut into quarters

Combine the tomato, green pepper, and salt in a small bowl
In a large skillet, fry the bacon until it's crispy, but not burnt
Use a fork to roll up the bacon into thin strips
Secure with toothpicks if needed
Drain the excess fat from the bacon, leaving about 1 tablespoon
Mix the ground beef lightly with salt and pepper and shape into 4 identical burgers
Fry the burgers in the remaining bacon fat until they're cooked to your liking
Assemble the burgers by placing one on each hamburger bun, topping with 3 or 4 thin slices of avocado, and garnishing with a roll of crispy bacon.
