1 whole tomato, cut into 4 pieces

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Place each fillet on a piece of aluminum foil
Mix the remaining ingredients in the blender
Blend well
Distribute the sauce over the fish fillets
Close the "pouches" tightly with aluminum foil
Place in a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven, preheated, for 15 minutes
Bake for 6 batches.
