Peel the linguica and cook it in a skillet
Drain excess fat
Add garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste. Reserve
Cook the quirera in water for 30 minutes or until cooked through, then mix with remaining ingredients
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) preheated for about 30 minutes
Serves 4-6 people.
