In a 26 cm diameter non-stick skillet, combine the onion, garlic, bacon, and olive oil
Microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the egg, breadcrumbs, orange zest, red pepper sauce, parsley, and salt
Add the cooked ingredients to the non-stick skillet and, using a spatula, shape into a half-ball with the mixture
