150g of ground beef
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of shredded cheese cut into small cubes
1 egg
1 onion, sliced into rings
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
1/3 cup of water
2 tomato slices for garnish
additional parsley for garnish
150g of ground beef

Mix well the breadcrumbs, ground beef, and egg
Add the chopped parsley and shredded cheese
Mix well again
Season to taste
Shape into a loaf or large patty and fry on both sides for 5 minutes, in oil
Add the water and let it cook for 5 minutes
Remove from the frying pan
Fry the onion rings in the remaining oil and place on top of the meatloaf
Garnish with parsley, onion, and tomato slices
Serve with rice as an accompaniment
