Chill the meats in the freezer
When they start to firm up, cut them into thin slices with a sharp knife
Wash and shell the shrimp
Wash the bamboo shoots, carrots, and green beans
Cut the carrots into fine strips
Wash the Japanese bok choy and let it drain
Clean the broccoli and separate it into small florets
Cut the mushrooms fresh or canned into thin slices
Dress with lime juice
If using macaroni, soak it in cold water for 10 minutes
Arrange all the ingredients on one or two serving trays
Serve hot.
