800 g of tender beef, ground

4 slices of bread, crumbled
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup of lemon zest
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
200 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 tomato, sliced into thin strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the beef, ham, salt, and pepper
Add the bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, lemon zest, and Worcestershire sauce
Mix well and place in a 24 x 10 cm English-style muffin tin, greased with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes or until no liquid remains
Remove from the oven, let cool, and unmold
Place mozzarella slices on top and decorate with tomato strips
When serving, reheat in the oven to melt the mozzarella
