Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well to obtain a homogeneous batter
Grease a 16 cm diameter frying pan with butter
Heat the frying pan over medium heat
Remove from heat and pour 3 tablespoons of the prepared batter
Rotate the frying pan so that the batter spreads evenly on the bottom
Return to heat and cook until golden brown, flip and cook the other side
Repeat until all the batter is used up
