400 g of ground beef
400 g of boneless, skinless chicken breast, ground
5 slices of bacon
3 slices of pork belly, diced
1/3 cup (chopped) of water
3 eggs
200 g of smoked linguiça sausage, cubed
Salt to taste

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, chicken breast, and bacon, finely chopped
Mix well and set aside
Soak the pork belly in water and let it rest for 5 minutes
Drain and add to the meat mixture
Add the beaten eggs and season with salt
Mix until smooth
Place half of this mixture into a greased English-style bundt pan, lined with parchment paper, and spread the linguiça sausage
Cover with the remaining beef mixture and bake in a medium-heat oven
Bake for 40 minutes or until firm and no longer releases liquid
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before deshaping.
