Dough:

In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the nuts

Add the nuts after it is ready
Cut the cake in half and fill it
Coating:
Bring the sugar to a boil with 3 cups of water
While that is happening, beat the egg whites until stiff
Gradually add the hot syrup to the egg whites
Mix well until the glaze cools down
