4 eggs
2 medium carrots, peeled and grated

1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup (chopped) of chocolate chips
Frosting
1 cup (chopped) of sugar
1/2 cup (chopped) of milk
2 tablespoons of butter, softened
200g of dark chocolate, chopped
4 eggs

1 In a blender, beat the eggs, carrots, sugar, and oil until smooth
Transfer to a bowl and add the flour, coconut, baking powder, and chocolate chips
Mix well
2 Grease and flour a 30cm x 20cm cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes
Let it cool and then unmold
Frosting
1 In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar, milk, butter, and chocolate
Microwave on medium power for 1 minute, stirring halfway through
2 Remove from the microwave and mix until the chocolate is fully melted
Spread over the cake and cut into squares
Serve warm or cold.
