1 cup (reduced-fat milk) of whole milk
1 measuring cup (chopped) of grated cocoa
2 eggs
6 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 measuring cup (chopped) of sugar
2 and 1/2 measuring cups (chopped) of all-purpose flour
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste (optional)

Combine 1 cup of whole milk and grated cocoa in a saucepan
Let it sit for 10 minutes
Heat over low heat and cook for 15 minutes. Reserve
Beat the eggs, butter, and vegetable oil in an electric mixer until smooth and creamy
Add sugar and beat until well combined
Remove from the mixer and mix with cocoa-cooked milk
Mix until homogeneous and add flour gradually, stirring until a soft dough forms
If necessary, add more flour
Knead the dough for 5 minutes
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to desired thickness
Cut into desired shapes and place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper
Bake in a medium oven until lightly browned
Remove from oven and let cool completely
