Combine all pudding ingredients in a blender
Burst quickly to mix well
Set aside

P preheat the oven to 180°C
In a small saucepan, combine sugar with water
Heat over low heat without stirring until caramelized
2 Place the hot syrup in a 23 x 33 cm form
Spread the syrup at the bottom and sides of the form
Pour the pudding mixture into the prepared form
3 Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool and cut into rectangles.
