4 cups of wheat flour
3 spoons (tablespoons) of active dry yeast
1 spoon (teaspoon) of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of butter or margarine at room temperature
1 1/3 cups of grated cheddar cheese, without peel
4 eggs
2 cups of grated potatoes, coarse grater
1 cup of processed cheese, grated

Sift together the flour, yeast, baking soda, and salt
In a large bowl, beat the butter or margarine, grated cheddar cheese, and eggs until fluffy
Add the grated potatoes and mix well
Next, add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly, then add the processed cheese
Divide the dough into an English muffin tin, greased
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) preheated, for 50 minutes, or until firm to the touch in the center
Let it rest for 5 minutes in the same tin, then remove and let cool completely
Wrap in a paper towel and let sit at room temperature for another day to develop flavor and be easier to cut
