Mix well all the topping ingredients. Reserve
Grease a 33 x 23 cm baking dish
Beat all the ingredients, except for the topping, for 3 minutes
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
Cover with the topping, spooned
Bake in a moderate oven for 45 to 50 minutes
