2 medium mangoes
1 cup of skim milk
1 tablespoon of dietetic baking powder for oven and grill
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of fine oatmeal
1 cup of oat flour
1 cup of wheat flour (available at natural product stores)
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Peel and chop the mangoes
Soak them with water and dietetic baking powder to taste, drain and reserve
Blend the milk, dietetic baking powder, eggs, vanilla extract in a blender. Reserve
Mix the oatmeal, oat flour, wheat flour, and yeast, then gradually add the blender mixture
Knead with a wooden spoon until it forms a dough
Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured cake pan, spread the reserved mango, and sprinkle with cinnamon
Cover with the remaining dough and bake in a low oven until firm
