1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Beat the yolks with the cornstarch and butter
Beat the whites until fluffy and fold them into the cream gently
2 Add the flour, cornmeal, beer, and yeast
Mix just until combined
Just mix the ingredients together
3 Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake until golden brown
Dust with confectioner's sugar.
