Beat all the ingredients to obtain a smooth cream
Remove 1 cup of the mixture and set aside
Pour the rest into a 20.5 cm diameter pan, greased with butter
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 30 minutes or until, inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
Unmold and let cool completely
