Massa:
2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of almond meal
1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of cacao
1 cup of lactose flour
1 cup of oil
1 cup of warm water
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

2 cans of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of butter
300g of dark chocolate chips

Massa:
In a bowl, combine the flour, almond meal, cocoa powder, cacao, and lactose flour
Mix in the oil and whisk until smooth
Continue whisking and gradually add the warm water and eggs
Add the salt and yeast
Pour into a greased 9-inch round cake pan
Bake at 250°C for 30 minutes
Recheio:
In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk and butter
Heat over low heat until the mixture starts to thicken
Remove from heat and whisk in the melted chocolate
Let cool
Cut the cake in half, fill, and top.
