Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
PREPARE THE CAKE: in a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, whipping cream, dark chocolate chips, flour, and eggs, mixing well with a wooden spoon
Transfer this mixture into an 8-inch diameter by 2-inch deep cake pan
Bake in the preheated oven until firm (about 30 minutes)
Let the cake cool to room temperature
Use a scoop, form balls of strawberry ice cream and distribute evenly over the top of the cake, covering the surface
