Cake Batter Mix
7 large eggs
7 tablespoons of sugar
7 tablespoons of melted chocolate
7 tablespoons of cornmeal
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
100g of grated coconut
Frosting
1/2 cup of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of melted chocolate
1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
Cake Batter Mix

1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
In a blender, beat all the cake batter ingredients until smooth
Pour into a greased microwave-safe dish with a 20cm diameter and cook for 10 minutes or until firm
Remove from oven and let cool
Turn out onto a wire rack and dust
Frosting
In a large bowl, mix all the frosting ingredients and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes or until hot and slightly thickened
Spread over the cooled cake and serve immediately
If desired, sprinkle with granulated chocolate.
