1 cup of chocolate chips
1/3 cup of water
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
100g of dark chocolate chips
1 cup of chocolate chips
1/3 cup of water

100g of dark chocolate chips
Grease a 20cm-diameter cake pan, if possible use one with a removable bottom
Line the bottom of the cake pan with parchment paper, grease it well and dust with all-purpose flour
Melt the chocolate in boiling water
Add the vanilla extract
Let it cool
Beat the egg like for an omelette and mix in some of the melted chocolate
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and cinnamon together
Add the chocolate, beat a bit, and add the egg and softened butter
The dough will be slightly dry
Finally add the chocolate chunks
Bake the dough in a low oven for approximately 20 minutes
There is no need for the cake to completely dry out.
