Pour 4 xicaras of boiling water over the coffee grounds
Add rum, stir well and add almond extract
Serve in cups with crushed ice
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground nutmeg
To make the drink stronger, freeze coffee in ice cube trays and blend
