250 g of cooked and shelled shrimp, cut into four pieces

1 large cucumber peeled and cut
1 onion cut
1 slice of green pepper seedless, cut

1 cup of milk
2 cups of natural yogurt
1 soup spoon of finely chopped scallions

Blend until everything is well chopped
