1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons olive oil
400 grams ricotta
1/2 pound ground beef

Mix the ground beef, 1 cup all-purpose flour, water, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, the small onion, salt, and pepper
Brush a round form with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with remaining all-purpose flour
Place half of the meat mixture in the form
Beat the ricotta with the remaining egg and parsley until combined, adding salt to taste
Spread this mixture over the meat and cover with the other half, sealing the edges
Brush with the remaining olive oil and refrigerate for about 1/2 hour
Bake in a hot oven for about 30 or 40 minutes, or until the meat is cooked
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
