1 semi-prepared pizza crust
6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 tin of anchovies (100g)
80g of green olives, pitted
40g of small black olives, pitted
salt and pepper to taste
100g of grated mozzarella or in slices
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
2 tablespoons of olive oil for brushing
1 semi-prepared pizza crust
6 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza crust
Drain the anchovies
Slice the olives
Also spread the anchovies and olives over the crust
Cover with mozzarella
Sprinkle with oregano and brush with olive oil
Refrigerate
When ready to serve, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
