Topping:
2 cups of powdered sugar
4 tablespoons of pure chocolate
2 cups of boiling water

Mix flour, sugar, and salt
Add milk with vanilla
Melt butter and chocolate together and add to the mixture
Pour into a well-greased cake pan
Top with a mixture of powdered sugar and chocolate
Finally, pour in boiling water
Bake at moderate heat for 20 minutes, or until the crust rises and starts to bubble
Remove from oven still warm.
