4 egg whites beaten until snowy

In a bowl, mix the flour and wheat flour
Add the softened butter or margarine and mix well
Beat the egg yolks until pale yellow, then add to the mixture and beat well
Combine the milk, lime juice, and grated zest
Mix well
Mix in the beaten egg whites carefully
Pour into a small, rectangular glass baking dish (20 x 20 cm) that has been greased
Bake at moderate heat until risen and cooked through (insert toothpick only into the top layer: if it comes out dry, it's done)
Let cool to room temperature
Refrigerate and serve chilled
(There should be a cream on the bottom and a cake on top.)
