Sift the flour, add eggs one at a time, mixing well to obtain a smooth batter
Add the melted butter or margarine
Gradually add the milk, stirring until it reaches the consistency of fresh whipped cream
Let it rest for 1 hour
Fry the crepes in a well-greased skillet, until they are lightly browned on both sides
Let them cool
Prepare the chocolate filling: beat the butter with confectioners' sugar
Add the melted chocolate and mix well
Spread the filling over the crepes and roll up
Refrigerate and serve cold.
