3/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of butter
1 1/3 cups of whole wheat flour
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast in Pods
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon in Pods
1 teaspoon of ground ginger in Pods
1 pinch of whole cloves in Pods
1 ramekin of natural yogurt

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
Combine honey and butter in a small saucepan until they bubble
Let it cool down
Mix together flours, yeast, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves separately
Once the butter mixture has cooled, add the natural yogurt and mix well
Add the flour mixture and mix well again
Pour into a small baking dish of 25 x 18.5 cm and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool down for 14 hours.
