1 and 1/4 cups of sorghum

2 tablespoons of honey

3 separated eggs
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

Melt the sorghum, milk, sugar, honey, and butter in a pot
Stir until bubbles form
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Beat egg whites until frothy and set aside
Add the yolks to the sorghum mixture, along with the yeast and gently fold in the beaten egg whites
Mix well
Grease a 23cm diameter cake pan and bake in a medium oven (180°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool and unmold
Slice into 14 portions.
