4 cups of cassava
11/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of wheat flour
1 cup of milk
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sweetgrass seeds
4 eggs
Optional ingredient: 1 cup of chopped walnuts (or other nuts)
Baking sheet: 23 x 30 cm

Preheat the oven to medium temperature and grease the baking sheet with butter
In a stand mixer, combine all the ingredients and beat for 5 minutes or until you get a smooth mixture
Pour into the prepared baking sheet
Bake for 45 minutes or until, when you insert a toothpick in the center, it comes out dry
Let it cool down before cutting it into 16 diamond-shaped pieces
Serve warm.
