Place the milk, butter, corn, sugar, and oil in a pan and bring to a simmer; cook stirring until thickened
Remove from heat and let cool
After cooling, add the beaten eggs, grated cheese, and yeast
Mix well and place in a 23 cm diameter cake pan with a hole in the middle
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 1 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let it cool for 16 minutes.
