Dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
3 eggs
2 cups butter, softened
2 cups toasted and ground pecans
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 cup milk
Topping
200g semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can of heavy cream

Dough

Topping
200g semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can of heavy cream
Toasted and ground pecans for decorating
Beat egg yolks, butter, and cornstarch in a mixer until smooth
Add flour, pecans, milk, and yeast; mix well
Fold in whites until stiff peaks form
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake in a preheated oven
For the topping, melt chocolate chips over low heat; stir in heavy cream
Cover cake and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
