Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Mix the butter and sugar until smooth
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined
Add the wheat germ and mix well
Sift together the flour, yeast, salt, and cinnamon
Add this mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms
Knead the dough for 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic
Divide the dough into 8-10 portions, shape each into a ball, and place on an ungreased baking sheet
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
