For the dough
1 cup of cream cheese (240 ml) mixed with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Make the dough: In a medium saucepan, mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, sugar, butter, and salt
Bring to a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter melts
Remove from heat and let cool. Reserve
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it rest for 5 minutes
Add the reserved mixture and eggs
Gradually add the flour, mixing with hands until a smooth dough forms
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours
Make the filling: In an electric mixer, beat all the ingredients at high speed until a smooth cream forms. Reserve
Divide the dough into four equal parts and roll each one out to form rectangles 0.5 centimeter thick
Spread 1/4 of the reserved filling over each rectangle, roll up like a croissant, and cut into slices 2 cm thick
Arrange in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, cover, and let rest for 45 minutes
Preheat oven to 220°C (hot)
Bake the rolls until lightly golden (about 20 minutes)
Make the glaze: Mix all the ingredients and spread over the baked rolls
Let cool and serve at room temperature
