1 cup (240ml) of milk
5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
6 cups (about 750g) of all-purpose flour approximately
1 tablespoon of butter
2 boxes of Bomboom type Sonho de Valsa or Ouro Branco
1 egg white for brushing

Beat the eggs, yeast, oil, milk, sugar, and salt in a blender
Add the butter and blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl and add the sifted flour gradually, until a homogeneous dough forms
Divide the dough into balls the size of a lime and let it rest until it doubles in volume
Open each ball and fill with your chosen Bomboom
In a prepared panetone mold, arrange the filled balls to complete 3/4 of the mold
Let it rise for another 15 minutes, brush with egg white, and bake in a low-preheated oven
Remove from the mold when completely cool.
