400g of milk chocolate or dark chocolate, melted

Step 1: Cut the wax paper into circles large enough to cover the muffin liners, turned upside down
Place the circle of wax paper between two forks to shape it like a morsel
Step 2: Remove the wax paper and open it over your work surface
Spread the melted milk chocolate with the back of a spoon until you have a medium layer
Step 3: Transfer the chocolate disk onto a muffin liner, turned upside down
Repeat this process for the remaining liners
Step 4: Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until firm
Remove the wax paper carefully to avoid breaking the morsels and let them rest in a cool place for an hour
Step 5: Serve with your preferred ice cream.
