1 cup of orange juice
5 tablespoons of grated carrot
1 box of champagne cookies

Grease a mold with butter
Crush 10 cookies and place them at the bottom of the mold
Mix together the condensed milk, egg yolks, and two juices
Heat over low heat until it thickens and let it cool completely
In another bowl, whip well the heavy cream, grated carrot, and egg whites into a meringue
Assemble the cake in the following order: layer of 10 cookies, creamy filling, whipped topping with egg whites, and finally another layer of 10 cookies
Bake in the oven for exactly 20 minutes
Serve chilled.
