Dough:
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a bowl, mix together the flour, butter, sugar, and egg
Add milk gradually and knead well
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Butter six tart pans, 8 cm in diameter, with the dough
Place them on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes
Filling:
In a saucepan, mix together the milk, sugar, egg, and flour
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly
Remove when thickened and let cool
Spread a little creme on each tart and decorate with strawberries and pecans.
