150g of cold unsalted butter cut into cubes,

1 cup of chopped hazelnuts,
Filling:
6 large apples,
1/2 cup of sugar,
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon,
Squeeze from 1 lemon

Bake the oven at 220°C
Mix the flour, yeast, cinnamon, salt, and butter to form a crumbly mixture

Divide the dough into two parts (1/3 and 2/3)
Beat the egg and mix it with the corresponding part of the dough until smooth

Mix the chopped hazelnuts with the 1/3 portion of the dough
Wrap each mass separately in plastic film and refrigerate

Peel and slice the apples thinly
Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice
Open the dough and line the bottom and sides of a 25cm diameter mold with it

Arrange the apple slices and sprinkle the crumbs on top
Bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes or until golden.
