4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 cup of chopped almonds or hazelnuts
1 1/2 cups of raisins

Place the flour on a table
Make a depression in the middle, large enough to hold the beaten eggs, warm water, salt, and vinegar
Knead well until you get a firm dough
Cover with a cloth and let it rest in a protected place
Peel and chop the apples
Sprinkle a tablecloth with wheat flour and lay out the dough as thin as possible
Melt the butter and mix with breadcrumbs
Spread over the dough
Cover with the apples
Sprinkle with chopped almonds or hazelnuts and raisins
Roll up the dough several times, lifting it with a tablecloth
Brush the "roll" with more melted butter
Place in a greased baking dish and bake in a hot oven until the dough is well browned and firm
Serve with whipped cream
