350g bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts or hazelnuts

Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature (180°C)
Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda
Set aside
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy
Gradually add in the dry ingredients, mixing well
Add in the chocolate chips and nuts
Mix again
Dollop spoonfuls of the dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool
You should end up with about 180 cookies.
