Ingredients: 1 package of banana pudding flavor pudding mix; 1 tablespoon of orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier or Curaçao) optional; 8 tablespoons of caramelized oats sweetened (see previous recipe)

Directions

Prepare the pudding according to the box instructions

If desired, add the orange liqueur

Let it cool until slightly thickened

Place 1 tablespoon of caramelized oats sweetened in the bottom of 4 ramekins or small cups

Cover with a little pudding

Place another 1 tablespoon of caramelized oats sweetened on top and cover again with the remaining pudding

Serve chilled.
