In a blender, place the chocolate

Add milk and coffee on top and blend until all the chocolate is melted

Add egg yolks and rum and blend for another moment to make it smooth
Transfer to a bowl and gently mix with the beaten eggs and sugar
Place in a bowl or compote dish and decorate with chocolate shavings
Refrigerate for at least three hours
Serve chilled.
