600 g of fresh guavas
1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup of milk
1/3 cup of heavy cream
4 eggs
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of your preferred liqueur
2 tablespoons of confectioner's sugar
600 g of fresh guavas

Cut the guavas and remove the seeds
Arrange them in a greased and floured dish
Sift together the flour, salt, milk, and heavy cream to form a smooth paste
Beat until smooth
Add the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar, beating well
Pour the mixture over the guavas and drizzle with the liqueur
Bake in a medium oven for about 30 minutes or until the edges are set
Remove from the oven and sift confectioner's sugar
