2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1/2 cup of butter, softened
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1/4 cup of honey
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
2 eggs
1/2 cup of grated coconut
2 cups of wheat flour

1/2 cup of butter, softened
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1/4 cup of honey
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
2 eggs
1/2 cup of grated coconut
Grease the bottom of a 9x9-inch square baking pan
Combine flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Add butter in small pieces and mix until crumbly
Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture
To the remaining mixture, add baking soda, buttermilk, honey, sliced bananas, and eggs
Mix until everything is moist
Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed
Add grated coconut
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
Sprinkle with reserved mixture
Bake in a moderate oven for 40-45 minutes
Serve warm or cold.
