Make the dough: mix the sugar with the water and bring to a boil until it forms a syrup-like consistency
Remove from heat and let cool
Add almond flour and stir well
Beat the eggs, add Amaretto and incorporate them into the dough
Knead until smooth and homogeneous
Grease a removable tin pan and dust with flour
Put the dough in the pan and spread it out
Cover with plastic wrap and smooth with a spatula
Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Reserve
Melt the chocolate and water in a bain-marie
Stir the chocolate with a spoon and spread it over the cake
Let cool and serve at room temperature.
