1 cup cooked and mashed abobora
2 large eggs
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, chopped
1 cup chopped hazelnuts

Grease a 22 x 12 cm English muffin tin
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the chocolate and nuts
Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes
Add the chocolate and nuts
Mix well
Pour into the prepared muffin tin and bake in a moderate oven preheated to 175°C for 50 minutes.
