Fry the coconut milk and water for 5 minutes, without stirring
Melt in the butter or margarine and coconuts, then let it cool
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Add the egg yolks and beat well
Pour in the warm mixture with the coconuts, still warm
Sift the flour over the mixture and beat until fully incorporated
Pour into a greased baking dish, 22.5 x 36.5 cm or a round mold of about 25 cm diameter
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown
Remove from the oven
Dust with confectioner's sugar
